At HF STANDARZ, customer satisfaction is important to us. Please read our return and refund policy carefully before placing an order.

Returns

We accept returns within 7 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Item must be unused, unworn, and in original condition.
  • Product must be returned with original packaging, tags, and accessories.
  • Proof of purchase or order number is required.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

  • Used or damaged products after delivery
  • Products without original packaging
  • Customized or personalized items
  • Sale or discounted items

Damaged or Wrong Product

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with clear photos/videos as proof.

After verification, we will offer:

  • Replacement product, or
  • Full refund (depending on issue availability)

Refunds

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved:

  • Refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
  • Refunds for prepaid orders will be sent back through original payment method or bank transfer.

Cash on Delivery Orders

For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders:

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable.
  • Refunds will be processed via bank transfer or mobile wallet after return approval.

Exchange Policy

We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or wrong item delivered.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the mistake is from our side.
